NBA lock Out Update

On Monday the NBA  Players and director of the players have decided that there best attacks of the NBA lock out is too take the matters into court.  This means the players must immediately disband the union and file an Anti-Trust lawsuit Players have decided to reject the latest offer from the NBA owners.

Many people felt that both sides were close to making a deal. My only problem with the players is why would you wait so long too file an Anti Trust lawsuit. It could take months to actually get into court to dispute this conflict. Just because you guys are athletics doesn't mean the court is going to rush this case in the court system to get this situation handled. In my opinion  there will not be a 2011-2012 NBA season.  This will not effect the low profile NBA players but the people who work  in the basketball arenas, local Sport Bars, Hotels, and most importantly the fans.
